A Fellow of the Geological Society and a member of the Association for Project Management, Tanya brings extensive expertise in geotechnical quality and technical management, and geotechnical lab management to the role.

With more than 12 years of experience, she will be responsible for the design and preparation of geotechnical design solutions for clients who include national housebuilders and commercial developers, as well supporting other members of staff, reviewing reports and ensuring technical compliance.
