Dave was commenting on us winning major work to support the development of dozens of new residential homes and a commercial centre at Wynyard Village near Stockton-on-Tees.

 

The undisclosed deal sees RWO provide civil engineering and structural design services and expertise to Cameron Hall Homes, which is currently underway on a 13.9-hectare plot of land at Stoney Wood, developing a mix of 76 two, three, four and five bedroomed homes as part of phase I.

 

Another 81 homes are set to follow in phase II when planning is approved.

 

Supporting its own geoenvironmental department, which has completed some challenging ground work, pre-planning, flood risk analysis, design expertise and local authority sewage adoption agreements are all part of a comprehensive package of support provided by the rapidly growing engineering firm.
