That’s the view about the work we are doing to provide civil and structural engineering services to business park owner and operator Potter Space, supporting the design and build of its new 17,445 sq. ft. commercial unit at Melmerby, close to the A1 (M).
The development is part of Potter Space’s continuing expansion of its operations at its base near Ripon and comes after RWO provided construction engineering services for a newly completed 4,000 sq. ft. industrial unit at the same location.
